This past weekend Blake had his first lesson in earning money! We had a garage sale and my sister thought it would be a good idea for Blake to have his First Lemonade stand! So she talked me into making cookies and lemonade for Blake to sell. Needless to say we didn't make much money at our garage sale (tip for all of you out there....Sunday's are a horrible day to have a garage sale) However Blake did really well he sold $9.75 most of his proceeds came from his Aunt Jenny and Aunt Kelli.....but hey he still made money and that's what counts. He was so cute he would say "Get your Lemonade Get your Cookies Fiddy Cents" It was a good lesson for him to learn and he had a good time doing it! We asked him what he was going to spend his money on
and he said "Christmas!"

That is great, I always loved when my mom had a garage sale....you make even more money if you have a Hot Dog stand ;-)
You are sooo funny, Sunday's are the absolute worst days for garage sales if I would've known you were doing that I would've warned you. My mom is the Garage Sale Queen, she never sales on Sundays....but now you know!
that is so cute!! we are having a garage sale again today and tomrrow and i told breanna we should do that. but then that would require me to bake and i'm not very good at that. maybe next time. blake is a cutie...looks so much like his dad!!
